Time Travel

Time Travel

Looks for everyone a two letter small word, But its far more deeper that we can or we will think in the near future.

Yes we all want to go ahead of time and check out what is the Future, out of the curiosity I want to know from each one of you what would it be if you would send ahead in time what will you all want to know.

I hope I would be having a long list of answers. Lets come to our main topic.

What is Time Travel and is it possible.

The jump of a body from the present to Past or Future is know as time travel.

Yes it is possible, But I cannot guarantee it physically where an object (It can be anything even a human body) can jump a scale of time or the concepts would lead to accelerate the human brain to check the glimpse of the future or the past ( Now in this situation There are far more possibilities of people can only see their Future or Past)

So there would be 2 concepts

  1. Personally visiting the past or the Future
  2. Virtually checking the glimpse of Past or the future.

Well Yes But Now the most important question arise is the meaning of the 2 words.

Meaning of the Word Time

Meaning of the World Travel

Meaning of the word Travel is simple and we all know that Moving from one place to another.

Now What is the meaning of the word TIME.

Here I will end the topic but In my next topic I will describe the Word Time.

Agro Waste briquettes have benefits over coal like

Agro Waste briquettes have benefits over coal like

  • Easy handling, packing and transportation of briquettes can be made in any conventional length and diameter
  • Low ash content below 10% in comparison to coal 25 to 40% resulting in less boiler ash disposal problems
  • Regular supply of briquettes do not suffer from transportation bottle necks as the plant can be set up near raws areas
  • There will be no corrosion effect on boiler equipments resulting in negligible maintenance cost. Coal on the other hand produces sulphur dioxide, which on mixing with moisture produces sulphuric acid an corrosive acid
  • It has low ignition point, when compared to coal.
  • It gives sustained combustion and more efficient combustion than loose agro wastes
  • It is a clean fuel
  • No gas and effluents like coal. So no health hazards
  • Easy Handling compared to loose husk and fire wood. Can be mixed with coal and fire wood of inferior quality which improves burning
  • Briquettes are Cheaper than coal
  • High Sulphur content of oil and coal, when burnt, pollutes the environment. There is no sulfur in briquettes. Biomass briquettes have a higher practical thermal value and much lower ash content 2-10% compared to 20-40% in coal
  • There is no fly ash in burning briquettes.
  • Briquettes have a consistent quality, have high burning efficiency are ideally sized for complete combustion. Combustion is more uniform compared to coal and boiler response to change in steam requirements is faster due to higher quantity of volatile matter in briquettes
  • Briquettes are usually produced near the consumption centers and supplies don’t depend on erratic transport from long distances

A Briquette is an Ideal Fuel

A Briquette is an Ideal Fuel

  • Eco friendly and Renewable Energy Fuel
  • Economical and Cheaper than other solid fuels ie. Coal and Wood
  • Higher Thermal calorific value around 4000 Kcal/Kg
  • Pollution free because there is no sulfur or any hazardous materials.
  • Lower ash content 2 to 5%. There is no fly ash when burnt
  • Consistent high burning efficiency due to the low moisture
  • Contain High Density and Higher Fix Carbon Value
  • Easy for Transportation, feeding & combustion due to unique shape
  • Combustion is more uniform compared to other fuels.
  • Good Market due to rise in price of Fossil Fuels

Use of Bio Mass to produce Electricity

Use of Bio Mass to produce Electricity

The Coal power plants which produces electricity can be converted to bio mass power plant without any expenses, This will be beneficial to the society, State and the country.

Technical Benefits :

1)      Specific heat can be maintained using Bio Mass, Where as heat produced from coal will vary.

2)      Life of the Boiler increases.

3)      Life of the chimney increases, as no phosphorus or carbon contents are produced which chokes the chimney.

4)      Cost Effective as use of Bio Mass will provide companies with Carbon Credit Certificates, Which helps them to achieve international representation.

5)      Few of the Countries also provides Tax Benefits.

6)      The fuel does not have any sales tax which is levied over transportation.

7)      Produces 0 to 10 % ash content after burnt then coal.

8)      Can be easy produced .

9)      Less amount of damage, As dust of coal is a waste and cannot be used, The Bio Mass Briquettes are thick and cylindrical thus as small thus less damage during transportation.

Benefits to the Society & Country.

1)      The most important point will be, The count will reduce the production of carbon content which is released in the environment. ( The big issue for India and other high population Country)

2)      The plant will not have to be constructed far from the resident area for production of pollution. Utilization of land.

3)      The key factor would be global warming which is a big issue, The country will make an initiative in the structure.

Bio Mass Production Process

Production Process :

Almost any biomass can be briquetted. Briquetting plants set so far in India are using Saw Dust, Bamboo dust, Bagasse, Cotton Stalk, Coffee husk, Groundnut Shell, Mustard Husk/Stalk, Pine Needles, Rice Husk, Sugar Mill Waste, Jute waste, Coir pith and other wastes & residues like Castor Shell, Red Gram Stalk, Tobacco stem, Tea Waste, Sander Dust, Tree Bark, Wild Grasses & Shrubs i.e. Any type of Agricultural waste or forestry waste can be also briquetted individually or in combination without using any binder.

Biomass Process

  • Raw material like Saw Dust Is screened and stalk (Forest & Agro waste) are chopped by cutter chipper cum Grinder (Single Action) if the raw material size is larger than 25mm
  • For using material of two or more types, It should be mixed in suitable form.
  • If raw material has high moisture it should be reduced by Sun drying or using flash drier. Say if the moisture level is higher than 15% there would be a requirement of Dryer.
  • Hammer mill grinder is used to grind the material to get desired grain size.
  • Raw material (desired grain size) is transported by pneumatic system to holding bins fixed over Briquetting Press.
  • By Screw conveyor, material is discharged from bin to the press.
  • Material is compressed by ram through taper bored die. By compression temperature is raised & lignin come to the surface and binds the material by its natural binder.
  • Briquettes are formed in shape of log and it is automatically pushed through cooling line to the storage point.

What is Bio Mass Fuel Briquettes

What is Bio Mass Fuel Briquettes

Biomass Briquetting is the process of converting low bulk density biomass into high density and energy concentrated fuel briquettes. Biomass Briquetting plants are of various sizes which converts biomass into solid fuels. Briquettes are ready substitute of Coal/wood in industrial boiler and brick kiln for thermal application. Biomass briquettes are Non conventional Source of energy, Renewable in nature, Eco friendly, non polluting and economical. Process of converting biomass to solid fuel is also non-polluting.

No addition of any binder / chemicals is required so it is 100 % natural.

Every year millions of tons of agricultural waste are generated. These are either non-used or burnt inefficiently in their loose form causing air pollution. Handling and transportation of these materials is difficult due to their low bulk density. These wastes can provide a renewable source of energy by converting into high-density fuel briquettes without addition of any binder.

Briquettes have high specific density (1200 Kg/m3) and bulk density (800 Kg/m3) compared to 60 to 180 Kg/m3 of loose biomass. These can stand the ardors of long distance transport. Loading/unloading and transportation costs are much less and storage requirement is drastically reduced. Compared to fire wood or loose biomass, briquettes give much higher boiler efficiency because of low moisture and higher density.

Briquettes produced from briquetting of biomass are fairly good substitute for coal, lignite, firewood and offer numerous advantages:

  • Briquettes are cheaper than coal.
  • Oil, coal or lignite, once used, cannot be replaced.
  • High sulfur content of oil and coal, when burnt, pollutes the environment. There is no sulfur in Briquettes.
  • Biomass briquettes have a higher practical thermal value and much lower ash content (2-10% as compared to 20-40% in coal).
  • There is no fly ash when burning briquettes.
  • Briquettes have consistent quality, have high burning efficiency, and are ideally sized for complete combustion.
  • Combustion is more uniform compared to coal and boiler response to changes in steam requirements is faster due to higher quantity of volatile matter in briquettes.
  • Briquettes are usually produced near the consumption centers and supplies do not depend on erratic transport from long distances.
